If you have already entered a market, our professionals are available as extra firepower. They may have senior level contacts at targeted customers that can assist penetration of a particular account, or simply be an additional person on your in-country team.
Specific locations within a market can be targeted; for example, in the U.S. one of our professionals is located in Silicon Valley, and works with the well-known technology companies there and in nearby Seattle. You might consider this alternative for locations such as Silicon Valley where there are a large number of companies that are potential customers or partners.
Sector or Customer Targeting
Rather than enter a large country in general, you may prefer to target a mobile industry sector irrespective of the locations of the companies in that sector, or target just one or two potential customers in a particular market. With respect to sectors, it is likely someone on our team has special expertise in your sector, from semiconductors to mobile content and everything in between. With respect to customers, we would be happy to inform you whether we can assist with any particular accounts you have in mind.
Your goal may involve much more than sales, but a strategic alliance with a key company in your sector. That alliance may be in the form of a simple agreement to cooperate, or be much closer to an outright joint venture. We can meet with your potential partner to make the pitch, identify the most appropriate structure to meet your goals, assist you in negotiating the agreement and work with your attorneys to document and close it. If the alliance also includes an injection of capital, we can perform the valuation and related work to support the transaction.
Of course the work does not end with closing the business development deal, but actually begins in the form of account management and support. Our professionals understand the necessity of working with customers to achieve actual sales, and are available after the agreement has been signed.
